Autumn of 1997, I had the idea of publishing a new, active, lifestyle magazine linked to the SATS chain's profile and members. I presented the idea to the SATS founders and was given the go-ahead for the project the following spring. The first issue of EXS was launched 19th of January, 1999 – in the gyms and in the kiosk-chain Narvesen. It published 4 editions.
Founder / Managing director / general manager / editor of Activity Publishing, 1998-1999. (Aktivitetsforlaget AS) budgetary, personnel and editorial responsibilities. Published EXS, the magazine for members of SATS, a Norwegian health-studio chain.
